About Campaign Finance Limits to Ohio Supreme Court Candidates

Under Supreme Court Canons, contributions are limited to $3,000 per individual and $5,500 per PAC. All contributions to the Ohio Democratic Party’s Judicial Candidates fund must be made directly though that fund. Individuals and organizations can contribute up to $32,010. The Party is able to contribute up to $275,000 to a candidate during the General Election Cycle.
